The Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir will be touring in USA and Canada in early February 2024, concerts will be held in New York, Washington, Philadelphia and Toronto.
The mission of the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir is to engage, educate, and enrich our community through high-quality musical performances, with a special focus on the work of Estonian composers and introducing their output to the world. Each season the EPCC gives about 40–60 concerts both in Estonia and abroad. In the last decade, Tõnu Kaljuste and the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir have been touring together in USA in every 2-3 years: in 2018, 2015 and 2014. They have represented the Republic of Estonia in official delegations (in 2018 a concert tour in the US as part of the official program celebrating the centennial of the Republic of Estonia) and been promoting Estonian culture and composers in many concert halls all over the USA. Most notable among these concert stages in USA are the Carnegie Hall in New York and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. This will be the first USA concert tour since 2018.
