On August 31st the agreement between Estonian representations in the US and VFS Global, the external service provider, will expire. Starting September 1st the Consulate General in New York and Consulate General in San Francisco will start receiving visa applications directly from the applicants. All applications lodged at VFS Global Visa Application Centers until August 31st (including) will be processed at the Estonian Representation and the passport will be returned to the applicant via the method agreed by with VFS Global at the time of the application submission.
